Zo zijn er bijvoorbeeld al meerdere houten delen vervangen en zijn er twee nieuwe masten aanwezig die reeds taps zijn gezaagd maar nog niet klaar zijn voor gebruik. Goed gebouwde ‘De Plaete’ Zeeschouw met enig achterstallig onderhoud. Het vaargebied van het schip is zeer groot. De mast is, via het ankerlier, eenvoudig strijkbaar. De indeling van voor naar achter is als volgt: Voorkajuit met 2x een 1-persoons bed, toilet, salon met twee langsbanken die tevens als bed kunnen dienen en vervolgens is er het kombuis.
