This Piewiet 1200 is a sporty sailor. Built by one of the polyester pioneers in the Netherlands - Van Der Rest Nautic - the Piewiet is considered a Dutch polyester classic. The 'Katse Kaai' was built by the shipyard owner for himself at the time, which can be seen from the interior that differs slightly from the other Piewiets 1200 built. The yacht was purchased by the current (2nd) owner in 2003 and has been in Greece since 2012. Over the past two years, the ship has undergone a major technical refit, including a new engine in 2022.
