'Snow Mountain' is a nicely maintained cruiser stern narrowboat, built and fitted out by East West Marine in 2006. This boat is the ideal length for unrestricted cruising of the inland waterways with the added benefit of additional sleeping arrangements for visiting family or friends.

From the well deck, a pair of hardwood, glazed doors lead to-:
Saloon (15'10" including dinette) - step with access beneath to the domestic water pump and accumulator tank, a multifuel stove in the forward starboard corner, fitted furniture including a storage cupboard, L-shaped seating with storage beneath, a dinette which converts into a double berth (5'11" x 3'11") with storage beneath.
Galley (9'9") - fitted base units in a compact 'U-Shaped' layout with cupboards, drawers and wall-mounted storage, granite work surfaces, tiled and glass splash back, stainless steel sink with a swan neck mixer tap, LPG cooker and under-counter fridge/ freezer (240v) breakfast bar and wine rack.
Starboard side corridor to-:
Bathroom/ Shower Room (3'8" x 4'11") - shower cubicle with a curtain rail, vanity unit with a granite work top and an oval bowl wash basin, hot and cold tap, shelves, port hole window with obscured glass, composting toilet.
Main (aft) cabin (7'2") - built-in double bed to port with storage and hot water calorifier tank beneath, shelf above, fixed storage cupboards and wardrobe, radiator, port hole windows on both sides.
There is a small companion way behind the cabin with the electrical systems and further storage, and steps to the aft deck.
The interior appears to be finished using good quality materials and hardwood flooring has been used throughout. Internal cabin headroom is 6'3" (1.90m).
Steel plate - 12mm base plate, 6mm hull sides and decks, 4mm cabin sides, 4mm roof, polished aluminium windows and port hole frames with single glazing. Cabin insulation is spray foam. Cruiser style stern, forward well deck with integral LPG locker in the bow. External paint work is in fair condition but showing signs of wear, blue/black cabin side panels, black cabin roof (non-slip). Hull was last blacked in September 2024 at Stretham Ferry Marina.
Salamander Hobbit SE multifuel stove and chimney, radiators, accumulator tank, Thetford LPG cooker with oven, grill and four ring hob, LOGIK fridge/ freezer, composting toilet, Webasto Thermo Top C diesel heater (requires servicing), fire extinguishers and blanket, hot water calorifier tank with immersion heater fitted, 1 x 13kg Calor LPG bottles, CO alarm, mooring lines, barge pole.
Barrus Shire 35 coupled to a PRM gearbox with a conventional shaft drive. Keel cooled. Single lever control, hour and fuel gauge, charging, temperature, oil pressure and ignition lights. Engine last serviced in Feb 2026.
12v - 1 x 110Ah battery, 2 x 200Ah batteries, plug sockets, cabin lighting, Jabsco Par Max domestic water pump (11 LPM), navigation lights, tunnel light, horn.
240v - Shore power lead and hook-up, consumer unit, galvanic isolator, Victron 1600W inverter with smart Bluetooth dongle, LOGIK fridge/ freezer, plug sockets, immersion heater.
