Originally built in 2010 as a passenger vessel, the Alexandra was transformed by its current owner into an exquisite floating home where luxury takes center stage.
Measuring 28 meters in length and approximately 6 meters in width, this impressive houseboat offers an abundance of living space, complemented by generous outdoor areas, including a spacious upper deck and a covered aft deck. Every detail of the interior is crafted with premium materials, ensuring a stunning aesthetic and ultimate comfort—no expense has been spared. The photos speak for themselves, but we’ll highlight some of its most remarkable features.
A Tour of the Alexandra
Upon boarding via the gangway, we step onto the covered terrace at the aft deck. From here, a staircase leads to the upper deck, but first, we enter the hallway, which includes a coat closet and a restroom with a stylish sink and vanity. Passing the staircase to the lower deck, we proceed through a door into the expansive, high-end kitchen. This luxurious space is equipped with a cooking island, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, wine cooler, refrigerator, and freezer. The large dining table comfortably seats up to eight people. A stunning partition with built-in cabinetry leads us into the lounge area, which is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows. Another staircase here provides access to the lower deck, but we continue forward to the dressing room, complete with ample wardrobe space and a double vanity. Just beyond, the master bedroom features a spacious built-in bed and a series of windows overlooking the bow. An en-suite walk-in shower and toilet are present.
The Lower Deck
On the lower deck, a hallway with built-in storage leads to two elegant bedrooms, each with built-in beds and generous closet space. There is also a large utility room, fitted with additional cabinets, washer and dryer connections, an air conditioning unit, and a boiler. The luxurious bathroom on this level features a freestanding designer bathtub, a walk-in shower, a double sink vanity, and a toilet.
The Wheelhouse
Our tour concludes at the very top of the Alexandra, where the intended wheelhouse has been repurposed into a unique office space, complete with its own pantry. And finally, the icing on the cake—an impressive sun deck, complete with an outdoor kitchen.
