Vrouwe Clasina Jacoba is a wonderfully looked after original Dutch Tjalk that has been converted into a two/three bedroom liveaboard. Built in 1911 The vessel has been drydocked in 2021, with a full 35,000 PSI blast/strip back . She then went through a full ultrasonic underwater survey, steel welding repairs completed, full suite of 16 new anodes and finally coated with long lasting antifoul.. The bilges have also been cleaned and are watertight. She benefits from a tried ,tested and well maintained DAF 545 engine. New 220 AH AGM batteries x 8 installed in March 2022.
Inside she has a completed master cabin with a king size double bed. In the main area of the barge there is large galley and a well equipped living area. Heads have an electric flush toilet and basin with a shower currently being installed.There is alarge calorifier that is heated via the engine or the inverter/mains connections. The electrics are controlled through a Victron 3000 with a Lynx switching system. There is also an isolation transformer. She is partially foam insulated witht he after area waiting to be completed..
