New high quality Rudder Propeller Navigator system, which are hydraulically driven.
These can steer 180 degrees or 90 degrees on a twin system, where you can change the turning direction from the propeller very fast from forward to reverse. This gives a extremely good manoeuvrability, like a Schottel rudder propeller, but than faster. The HP Range is between 150 and 275 HP. The Navigators also have a manual steering stand on the rear end of the navigator, optional, we can supply these units including a wireless remote control system, to be able to operate this navigator from any place on board, like in a wheelhouse, a crane cabin or even while walking on deck. Built 1973
It has only 432 hours since complete overhaul.
Make and model: M.A.N V8V 22/30ATL type A,
Power: 2350Bhp, rpm 1000, fitted on road haulage frame
Weight 17.6 metric ton.
Surveyed by Bureau Veritas and M.A.N marine diesel department in Germany
Remarks: this engine was used on an oil-rig as support unit with slurry water pump attached. During this whole live-span, engine run only 4600 hours and for this reason she can be considered as new after Owners overhauled her.
